The HF-CH1 is a conventional heat detector supplied with a mounting base and wired to a zone of a conventional fire alarm control panel. Heat detection is used where smoke, steam, dust or fumes are normally present and would cause a smoke detector to give false alarms. Typical locations include kitchens, boiler and plant rooms, workshops and covered parking.
