We collect only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, mobile, organisation, city and request details, plus any file you optionally upload.
- Purpose of use
Your data is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and track its status. It is not used for marketing without your consent.

Requests are stored in a database on the website server, accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected control panel with an audit log.
- Third parties
We do not sell or share your data, except as required to deliver the service (such as outbound email) or as required by Saudi law.
- Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the email published on this site.
- Cookies
The site uses only essential technical cookies: one for session handling and language preference, and one anonymised cookie to measure page performance. No advertising trackers, and no data shared with ad platforms.
- Performance measurement
We record pages viewed, reading time, traffic source and the search term when the engine passes it, in order to improve our content and service. This data is stored on our own server in the Kingdom, and IP addresses are truncated so they cannot identify an individual. To request deletion, write to info@ramh.sa.
