Indoor & Outdoor LED Displays and Video Walls

Fine-pitch LED walls for chambers and headquarters, and high-brightness outdoor screens for façades — from viewing-distance calculation through calibration to handover.

An LED wall is not a screen you hang; it is a structural, electrical and optical system engineered for its room. We start from the closest viewing distance and derive the right pixel pitch from it — a finer pitch than needed doubles the cost with no visible gain, while a coarser one shows pixel structure to anyone in the front row. We then calculate electrical load and heat dissipation, design the supporting frame and align it with a laser so module flatness stays within fractions of a millimetre, because any deviation reads as a bright seam at the panel edges.

We deliver both indoor and outdoor: council chambers, boardrooms, control rooms and headquarters receptions at fine pixel pitches; building façades and plazas with IP65 weather-rated screens exceeding 5,000 nits so they stay legible under the Riyadh sun, with ambient light sensing that trims brightness automatically to save power and extend module life. Where the location denies rear access, we fit front-service systems so any faulty module can be pulled without dismantling the wall.

Behind every wall sit a sending card and a scene processor that decide what can actually be shown: one source filling the wall, or several sources displayed at once and repositioned freely. We calibrate colour and brightness module by module until the wall reads as a single surface rather than a mosaic, and hand it over documented with a module map and serial numbers so any panel can be replaced later without guesswork.

What the scope covers

Pixel pitch chosen from real viewing distance, not budget alone
Fine-pitch indoor walls for chambers, control rooms and receptions
IP65 outdoor screens above 5,000 nits with automatic brightness control
Laser-aligned support frames and front-service access where rear access is impossible
Sending cards and scene processors for multiple simultaneous sources
Module-by-module colour and brightness calibration for a seamless surface
Electrical load and heat dissipation engineered into the design
Documented handover with module map and serial numbers
