HIKMICRO AI Series Acoustic Imaging Camera
The AI Series uses an array of low-noise MEMS microphones, 64 on the AI56 and 136 on the AI76, to locate the ultrasonic signature of a leak or an electrical partial discharge and overlay it on a live digital image. Bandwidth is adjustable up to 65 kHz on the AI56 and 96 kHz on the AI76, and leaks can be identified at distances reported up to 150 metres. A 4.3 inch touchscreen shows the result on site, leak points are marked automatically, and the Analyzer Acoustic PC software adds detailed post-inspection analysis.
